Collector’s note: Phantasy Star IV: The End of the Millennium is widely regarded as one of the greatest JRPGs ever made and one of the crown jewels of the Sega Mega Drive library. Set in the Algo Star System, it is the epic conclusion to Sega’s landmark Phantasy Star saga — featuring a vast story spanning thousands of years, a beloved cast of characters, and a revolutionary Macro combo battle system. The ANZ Ozisoft pressing is the specific Australian and New Zealand distributor release, making it a regionally significant piece of Mega Drive history. Loose copies of Phantasy Star IV in any condition are genuinely scarce — this is a rare opportunity for any serious collector.
Important: Loose cartridge only — no case or manual. Grade C — significant label wear, please refer to photos. Cartridge tested and confirmed working.
