These terms apply when you access or purchase from Mythic Haven Gaming.
About us
Mythic Haven Gaming is a New Zealand online retailer specialising in gaming, pre-owned games, collector's editions, SteelBooks, hardware and related collectibles.
We operate in trade, and sales to New Zealand consumers are subject to applicable New Zealand consumer law.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately, including platform, region, condition, completeness and known faults or damage.
Many products are pre-owned or collectible and may show signs of previous ownership. Please review the complete listing and photographs before purchasing.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, photographs of pre-owned and collector items show the actual item being offered for sale.
Condition grading
Condition grades are intended to provide a consistent guide to an item's physical condition. Relevant wear, damage or missing components may also be described or photographed individually.
Regional compatibility
Some products may originate from regions outside New Zealand. Where relevant, we aim to identify the product's region or release version. Customers should check compatibility with their hardware and account before purchasing.
Digital content
DLC codes, online passes and other single-use digital content included with pre-owned products should be assumed to have been used or expired unless expressly stated otherwise.
Availability
Many products are one-off items with only one copy available. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it until checkout has been successfully completed.
If an inventory error results in an unavailable product being ordered, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and product information are accurate. If an obvious error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
Shipping
Shipping charges and available options are displayed during checkout. Please see our Shipping & Delivery policy for further information.
Returns
Returns and remedies are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable New Zealand law.
Intellectual property
Mythic Haven Gaming's original branding, website content, photographs and other original material may not be reproduced commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
Product names, trademarks, artwork and other intellectual property belonging to game publishers, manufacturers and other rights holders remain the property of their respective owners.
New Zealand law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
