Shipping & Delivery

Mythic Haven Gaming ships throughout New Zealand from our New Zealand-based store.

Processing

Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During particularly busy periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery

Standard delivery is generally expected within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Rural deliveries may take additional time.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and/or weight of your order and the selected delivery option.

Please select Rural Delivery at checkout where applicable. If an incorrect shipping option is selected, we may contact you before dispatch to arrange payment of any additional rural delivery charge.

Packaging

We understand that condition matters to collectors. Games, SteelBooks and collector's items are packed with care to help protect them during transit. Larger and more fragile collector's editions may require additional packaging.

Tracking

Where tracking is provided, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery problems or damage

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at sales@mythic-havengaming.co.nz as soon as possible.

Please retain the packaging and provide photographs of any damage where possible. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible.
