Collector’s note: Halo Wars is Ensemble Studios’ acclaimed 2009 real-time strategy game set in the Halo universe — the swan song of the legendary studio behind the Age of Empires franchise, released just days before Ensemble’s closure. A landmark achievement in bringing the RTS genre to console, Halo Wars is set 20 years before the events of Halo: Combat Evolved and follows the crew of the UNSC Spirit of Fire as they battle a Covenant threat on the ancient Forerunner shield world Arcadia. Published by Microsoft Game Studios, it remains one of the most beloved console strategy games ever made and a cornerstone of the expanded Halo universe. This Limited Edition is an exceptional physical collector’s package — including the Halo Wars: Genesis hardcover graphic novel and six character leader cards — and is rarely found with all components present.
Important: Grade C — outer packaging and SteelBook show visible age, shelf and handling wear. Incomplete — Spirit of Fire patch and original sticker missing; outer box, SteelBook, disc, Genesis graphic novel and six leader cards all present as photographed. PAL / ANZ release — fully compatible with ANZ Xbox 360 hardware. Disc tested and confirmed working. Any digital entitlements or codes should be assumed redeemed or expired. Please refer to photos for exact condition.
