Collector’s note: The Last of Us Remastered is Naughty Dog’s 2014 PS4 remaster of their universally acclaimed 2013 PlayStation 3 masterpiece — one of the most critically decorated games ever made, having won over 200 Game of the Year awards at launch. Set in a post-pandemic United States 20 years after a fungal outbreak has decimated civilisation, the game follows gruff survivor Joel and teenage Ellie across a brutally realised, emotionally devastating cross-country journey through the ruins of American society. A game of extraordinary craft — combining exceptional writing, performance capture, environmental storytelling, and tense stealth-action gameplay into one of the defining narrative experiences in gaming. The Remastered edition delivers the full PS3 experience rebuilt for PS4, with higher resolution, improved frame rate, and all DLC included. Essential for any PS4 collector’s library.
