Product description
+
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 – SteelBook Edition for Xbox 360. PAL / Australia-New Zealand release. Published by Activision, developed by Infinity Ward. R18 rated (New Zealand, Violence). Pre-owned, Grade C+. Disc tested and working.
⚠️ Important — disc region advisory: The disc in this SteelBook carries ESRB M / NTSC markings. Xbox 360 has regional lockout. While many Xbox 360 games were pressed as multi-region, compatibility with a PAL/ANZ Xbox 360 console cannot be guaranteed without testing. The NZ R18 sticker on the SteelBook confirms ANZ distribution of this edition. If region compatibility is a concern, please verify before purchasing.
SteelBook condition — Grade C+: This SteelBook shows wear consistent with Grade C+. The front presents with light-to-moderate surface scuffs. The back has more significant surface scuffing — the ghost artwork is still visible but the brushed steel finish is heavily marked. No deep dents, no structural damage. Please refer to the actual-item photographs carefully and assess condition against the photos before purchasing.
Disc condition: Disc has light surface marks consistent with previous use. Tested and working. Functional condition is good.
- Modern Warfare 2 SteelBook case included – PAL/ANZ, R18 NZ sticker, Grade C+: front light-moderate scuffs, back heavily scuffed
- Xbox 360 game disc included – NTSC/ESRB M pressing, tested and working, light surface marks
- Xbox 360 inner sleeve / booklet included
Collector’s note: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is Infinity Ward’s 2009 landmark sequel — one of the best-selling and most culturally significant games of the seventh generation. A relentless, cinematic military shooter that defined the genre at its peak, featuring the iconic Spec Ops co-op mode, the controversial “No Russian” level, and a multiplayer suite that dominated online play for years. The original Modern Warfare 2 SteelBook is a sought-after collector’s piece from the pre-digital era of gaming — a premium brushed steel presentation that few games of the period received. Despite the wear on this copy, the SteelBook retains its structural integrity and remains a distinctive display piece for a serious Xbox 360 or Call of Duty collection.
Important: Grade C+ — SteelBook front has light-moderate surface scuffs, back heavily scuffed (see photos). Disc light surface marks, tested and working. Disc carries NTSC/ESRB markings — Xbox 360 regional compatibility with PAL hardware unverified. R18 NZ rated. Please refer to all photos carefully before purchasing.
